VERIFICATION METHODOLOGY

How an event becomes publishable

Every event passes identity, schedule, access and password checks before it is promoted in the public feed.

1 · DISCOVERED

A collector finds a candidate event. Room, tournament identity, start time and access conditions must be usable before publication.

2 · REPORTED1

A password has been observed, but there is not yet enough independent evidence to mark it verified.

3 · VERIFIED8

The same password for the same tournament matches across at least two independent publisher/domain families.

CONFLICT0

Independent observations disagree. The event stays unverified and password copy remains disabled until the conflict clears.

NOT PUBLISHED—

Candidates are withheld when identity, timing, room, access or source validation is too weak or contradictory.

SOURCE HEALTH

How source reliability is measured

Health reflects recent collector checks: successful fetches, failures and whether a source is currently reachable. It does not mean every event from that source is automatically accepted.

UPDATE CADENCE

Collector checks run on a recurring schedule

The site rebuild pipeline is scheduled roughly every 15 minutes. External pages can update later, fail temporarily or require additional verification before an event appears.

PUBLIC SOURCE POLICY

What we show publicly

Only official poker-room sources and Freeroll Passwords are named publicly. Independent third-party checks may contribute to verification internally, but competitor and affiliate identities or URLs are never exposed.
