IPIgnition Poker review: crypto freeroll tickets and anonymous tables
Ignition offers anonymous-table poker and a documented crypto-depositor freeroll. Tickets and deposit eligibility matter more than a password, while some older freeroll links no longer resolve.

Method and coverage
Unique tournament IDs in the selected room, within the 180-day UTC window. Missing prize values and currencies are excluded from medians; currencies are never combined. Verification share is verified events divided by all password-tracked events, including pending and reported entries. It measures source agreement, not successful registration. A dash means insufficient observations. These records are a sample, not a complete operator schedule; an absent event is not evidence of cancellation. A recorded zero is treated as unknown unless explicitly confirmed.

Research reviewed:
Ignition Poker provides anonymous-table poker, scheduled tournaments, Sit & Gos and Zone Poker alongside casino products. Its clearest directly accessible freeroll promotion is a ticket-based crypto-depositor event, rather than an unrestricted password tournament. That can be useful for an already eligible customer who independently planned a qualifying deposit. It is a poor match for someone specifically seeking a no-deposit freeroll, and older promotion links require caution. Poker features and crypto-freeroll terms.
The crypto freeroll depends on a weekly qualifying window
The dedicated promotion advertises a $2,500 freeroll on Sundays at 2:05 p.m. ET. A qualifying cryptocurrency deposit of at least $20 during the preceding Friday-to-Thursday window earns a ticket issued on Friday. Players must claim it from the Rewards Dashboard before registering in the poker lobby’s Regular tab. Registration opens six hours before the event and is limited to 7,000 players. Dedicated promotion.
These conditions explain why knowing a password is insufficient: the entry is controlled by a ticket. A deposit after the relevant Thursday cutoff should not be assumed to qualify for the immediately following event. The ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used in another tournament. Confirm the live conditions before making any financial decision; we have not completed a deposit or registration test.
Older weekly and social promotions need fresh confirmation
Ignition’s general freeroll article still describes a Thursday $2,500 event requiring Chrome rewards status. During this review, the dedicated weekly-promotion link returned 404. The social-media freeroll URL used in the repository also returned 404. A general help article and an old series record are therefore insufficient to promise a currently running occurrence. General freeroll article.
This does not prove that either series has been cancelled. It means the public evidence reviewed cannot establish its next event or admission terms. Look for a current operator announcement or a matching lobby entry. An archived password, recurring series ID or previously published time must not be promoted to verified live information merely because the brand is correct.
Locate the tournament before looking for a password
The general help article directs players to Scheduled Tournaments, then the Micro buy-in category, and to inspect Tourney Info in the event lobby. Its proposed sorting method is one documented way to locate low-cost events; the dedicated crypto promotion instead directs ticket holders to Regular. Use the instructions for the specific promotion. Lobby instructions.
A reliable check starts with the tournament name and date, then the entry mechanism. For a ticket event, inspect your claimed ticket and the tournament it admits. For any password event actually listed here, preserve the source and verification label when comparing it with the operator’s entry screen. “Reported” describes evidence received by our tracker, rather than an assurance that a player account will be admitted.
Anonymous play has a distinct study tradeoff
Ignition describes its tables as anonymous, limiting the persistent opponent identification used in long-term tracking. This is an operator-documented design decision, not proof that every player is recreational or every game is easy. Players who depend on building enduring profiles of named opponents should consider how that changes their study routine. Anonymous-table explanation.
The features documentation also describes downloadable full hand histories available 24 hours after a session ends, including opponents’ hole cards. Anonymous seating and later hand review therefore serve different purposes: an opponent need not retain a persistent public identity for a hand to be studied afterwards. We have not tested file availability or compatibility with third-party analysis tools. History features.
Browser access and tournament information
Ignition’s features page documents browser tournament play without a plugin and a search tool in the Sit & Go and Scheduled Tournaments lobbies. It also describes mobile browser access. Those claims provide a route for checking a tournament without assuming a native iOS app exists. Practical performance, battery use and multi-table usability remain untested by this website. Official software documentation.
The tournament overview explains that an individual lobby supplies its start, buy-in, fee and payout information. Paid satellites and ordinary tournaments must remain separate from the zero-entry-fee listings. A seat won in a qualifier is not equivalent to immediately withdrawable cash, even when the destination tournament has a large guarantee. Tournament overview.
Payments, operator evidence and our assessment
The crypto-freeroll page names different operating entities for some jurisdictions and makes an offshore licensing claim. We have not verified that claim against a current regulator register, so we do not label Ignition regulator-verified or infer legal availability from its English website. Confirm the operator shown for your jurisdiction, account-verification requirements and permitted payment methods. No universal withdrawal speed or fee is established here.
The repository snapshot provides no tournament observations or room history with which to measure Ignition’s recent freeroll frequency. Its empty feed is dated 19 September 2026. We therefore cannot establish an observed prize median or ticket-delivery success rate. The useful advantage of this review is distinguishing a currently accessible dedicated offer from less certain older references, then explaining its cutoff and claiming process.
Questions about Ignition entry tickets
Is the crypto-depositor freeroll a no-deposit event?
No. The published entry condition includes a qualifying cryptocurrency deposit. The tournament entry itself has no additional buy-in under that promotion.
Why have I not received a ticket immediately?
The documented schedule issues tickets on Friday for the preceding qualifying window. Account eligibility and claiming also matter.
Can its ticket be sold or used in another tournament?
The dedicated terms prohibit cash exchange and use in other tournaments.
Does a 404 prove the Chrome freeroll was cancelled?
No. It prevents us from confirming the current dedicated terms from that link. Check the lobby and a current operator notice.
Does anonymous poker prevent later hand review?
No. Ignition separately documents delayed full hand-history downloads. This review has not tested that function.
